Q: Is the booking fee refundable?
A: The initial booking fee of 25% is non-refundable. However, your booking is fully transferable. Life happens and plans change, so if you need to move your date, you can reschedule as long as the new date is available (the more notice, the better).
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: I accept Square, e-transfer, cash, or certified check.
Q: Our wedding is abroad, do you travel?
A: I absolutely love to travel! Please note that travel costs, including flights and hotels/resorts, would be the responsibility of the individual booking.

Q: Do you post all photographs online?
A: No — not every photo will be shared publicly. However, some images may be featured in my portfolio, on my website, or across social media platforms to showcase my work.
Q: HELP, it’s raining on our special day! What do we do?
A: No worries! We can reschedule to a date that works for both of us, or if you prefer, we can embrace the rain — some of the most magical photos happen in the drizzle!
Q: What happens if you’re sick or can’t make it?
A: While I hope it never happens, in the unlikely event I’m unavailable, I’ll personally handle finding a trusted professional to step in so your day is still perfectly captured.
Q: When will we get our photos?
A: For weddings the gallery typically arrives within 4-6 weeks. Portrait sessions and events are usually delivered within 2–3 weeks. You’ll get high-resolution digital files ready to share, print, and frame.
Q: What if my wedding is more than 1 hour away from Vancouver?
A: I have a reliable car, and I charge a flat mileage fee of $25 per additional hour of travel.

Q: Are we allowed to print and share images?
A: Absolutely! I want you to enjoy and share your beautiful photos with the world. If you post on social media, tagging me is greatly appreciated — word of mouth is how I keep doing what I love!
Q: Can we bring pets to the shoot?

A: Love me some furry friends
Q: Do you supply the unedited/raw images?
A: I do not provide unedited/raw files unless arranged prior to the shoot. If requested, the delivery of RAW unedited files incurs a $500 fee, which grants you full ownership and usage rights of the images forever.

Q: Is it possible to get a second photographer?
A: Absolutely! I work with a trusted roster of second shooters who can join your session or wedding. The fee for a second shooter typically ranges from $500 to $1,000 in addition to your chosen package.
Q: Can we request specific shots or poses?
A: Definitely! While my style is documentary and natural, I love incorporating your ideas. Feel free to share your mood board, must-have shots, or any inspiration — I’ll make sure we capture them beautifully. For weddings, clients receive a shot list to ensure all necessary moments are included.
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak seasons. I’m currently booking for 2026 & 2027, so if you want your date secured, now’s the perfect time to reach out!
